Nude

Here it’s all about pairing wines with food. That’s right, not the other way around. Nude, by Kasamitori Square, is the brainchild of Kalle Tanner, the 2018 Finnish Chef of Year, and Kim Moliis, winner of various global sommelier competitions. Together they’ve created a restaurant where classic French cooking meets Nordic ingredients in a refined atmosphere with an open kitchen. Whether you want the full menu with all the treats, or just a dish or two, Nude will regal you, just like the wait staff will entertain you with anecdotes about the wine they’re pouring.

Setting the bar high, there’s culinary history captured within the walls of this establishment that used to house the lauded restaurant Olo and Emo. Nude has no problem living up to expectations.
