Do you enjoy inventive drinks, crazy shots and robust nibbles in a noisy bar that could have been lifted from the American Midwest, with rednecks among the guests? Welcome to The Bar, an annex of The Barn restaurant, with American street food de luxe. Drinks are classified as Stiff or Fresh, where an Upgraded Old Fashioned with maple syrup, angostura, bitter chocolate and liquorice is Stiff, as is a Banana Bliss with brandy, jalapeño and banana liqueur. Fresh ones include Karlssons Klister, in which mezcal is mixed with Aperol, salt, sugar and beer. Somewhat crazy, just like the Stänkare – a list of ‘motley shots’. Some are intended to taste good, others not. Fun? If you’re in the mood, yes.
