TAK Bar

Summertime is all well and good, but for the cocktail aficionado TAK is a greater experience during the autumn and winter seasons. The view over Stockholm’s rooftops is spectacular to say the least, and what the bar delivers is equally enchanting. In conceptual terms TAK has an Asian bent, but pulls off its own interpretation with style and finesse. The Sesame Street, with sesame oil-washed Nikka whisky, salted maple syrup and walnut bitters, is both stiff and flavourful, while the Red Rock West is a creamy dream of Bulleit Rye, apple honey, lemon and ginger. Service is speedy, savvy and friendly, and as an extra bonus the food they serve is good on its own as well as perfect with the drinks – the chirashi sushi is a must.
