The space tells plenty of stories around the 16th-century pharmacy on Stortorget. The -clientele is an international mix of Stockholmers and cocktail-savvy tourists. The imaginative concept is all about pairing signature drinks with small dishes – and is presented in a slightly mad booklet with a matching list. The berga-mot-scented Acqua Mediterranea, for example, should be had with -Marinated grapes & octopus, while an Imaginarium goes best with Night-baked beetroot, tarragon emulsion & quails’ eggs. The bar staff work up a professional frenzy, and the space is loud and cheerful. The same owner also runs the adjacent Ebenist wine bar.
