Taproom på Malmö Brygghus är Taproom at Malmö Brygghus is about as relaxed a place as your living room – but with 42 types of beer on tap. Fourteen of them are brewed in-house, including Lecheveza, a stout made with dulce de leche, caramelised condensed milk. The rest of the selection comes from other craft breweries. Don’t miss the tasting tray of 5 small glasses of house beers – or to sign up for a brewery tour if you’re going on a Friday. A few of the beers are lower in alcohol, but there’s little choice in the non-alcoholic department. The food menu is short, with beer-friendly dishes such as spare ribs, beer-marinated brisket of beef, and of course hamburgers – served with crisps instead of chips. Beer is the heart of the matter here, and it shows in the clientele – dining families with children (the bar has games and gadgets to lend), international guests, and beer aficionados.
