Brewers Beer Bar is a place to enjoy whether you like beer or not. Lots of guests, a merry atmosphere, and seductive smells from the pizza oven. The beer selection is impressive in several ways. The options on tap have a Gothenburg tilt (of course) and deliver the whole gamut from thirst-quenching lager to fruity sour, hops-heavy IPA and barrel-aged stout. The list of bottled beers is home to international rarities as well as hard-to-come-by ‘collabs’. For the connoisseur it may be hard to take your eyes of the beer list, but do – beer cocktails such as Brewmartini and Beermojito don’t come tastier or more entertaining than here. The drinks are obviously an excellent accompaniment to the equally creative sourdough pizzas (four of which are vegan), but you can also have a kebab, salads, and cheese or cold cuts trays.
