The summer-only eatery celebrates Hiiumaa’s formidable harvests and catches. In many cases, guests will have a direct view of both fields and sea, in case the ingredients’ freshness weren’t already obvious. This is simple local food; smoked goat’s cheese from Varese farm, local organic beef tartare and juniper-smoked crème brûlée. You won’t find the same aromas anywhere else.
